Retheme of LMA to Cars?

Too bad they don't keep the stadium and redo the entire stage as the city scene from the end of The Incredibles. Of course, the massive pit in the wet Florida soil to hold the Underminer would be a little troublesome and getting Fro-zone's ice ray working would be tough, but surely a company that can shoe-horn-in a Frozen them even where it doesn't belong can pull it off!

I don't know why anyone would even want the stadium to stay in place of using that real estate for new/better/more attractions, let alone retheming it to Cars.

I can only imagine them doing this as an overlay...

I forget the term for it but since the stadium can hold a ton of people, there is no way Disney would ever tear it down. It could be rethemed but I can't see Disney tearing it down. That stadium seats like 5,000 people and with the numbers of shows a day, it's well worth keeping. Sure it may be getting stale but a retheme to Cars would ensure its longevity. The Cars brand is a guarantee for success (at least right now) and if Disney's smart, they'll keep on milking that franchise till its popularity dries up. I'm sure the stadium will stay. In a few years DHS's attendance is going to rise quite significantly and they'll need something to draw away the crowds from other areas of the park.

Well Disneyland Paris did quite the same thing, but it wasn't much better. A little more people came to visit but since the show is already quite popular in France, it wasn't really needed. I hope for new rides but I do hope that hollywood studios will keep something studio, movie making, behind the scenes like feeling. I think they could make both themed areas to immersive worlds as star wars, marvel, pixar and so on but also areas as backlot or production courtyard could be great so that it is still a movie making park but also immersive as what universal studios does. Disney can do the same as Universal studios, but better. Disney can use Marvel, Lucas, Henson, Tim Burton, Pixar and their own movies also. I'd love to see them fix up this park.
