Is there a way to see a list of Restaurants that offer Wait Lists?

I’m not sure any WDW restaurants have wait lists. You either have an ADR or get lucky with walk-up.

I want to join Sanaa walk up list for dinner, but you need to be close to the restaurant to join. Will the guard let you drive into the resort or will they not let you in if you don’t have an ADR?

If you're going to DS, check out OpenTable. Most of the restaurants there prefer that instead of the Disney bookings.
