Restaurants missing from 2013 DDP?

We're going on the DVC Members cruise in January 2013 and are going to be staying at Pop the night before. We were thinking about using the DDP to cover dinner Wednesday night and breakfast before leaving for the port. However, when we checked the 2013 DDP brochure, many of the restaurants in DTD as well as several in Epcot are missing. When we booked out ressies last year just about this time, those restaurants were listed. I know that Disney forced many of the DTD eateries to participate this year, did they rebel for 2013?

Which restaurants were missing? Just out of curiosity. Maybe Disney found they were losing money with those restaurants on the DPP compared to what they would make if they had all customers pay the full prices? I would guess it was something more along those lines that any restaurants "rebelling." Disney just doesn't seem like the company you can say "take a hike" to when it would come to being on the DPP or not.

As mentioned above, it happens every year, and we get this exact question every other week for a couple months.
(And I think every year I wonder why Steve doesn't put a pinned note at the top of this sub-forum with this question answered and explained why it happens)

Thanks everyone. I remember last year that a few restaurant were added to the DDP after we booked, but this year, currently the only TS in DTD is Cap'n Jacks. That's it. As far as QS; FoodQuest and Marketplace Snacks. At Epcot, Mexico, Norway, China, Italy, Morocco, and Japan are all missing. Last year we had already made 2 weeks worth of ressies by this time, as we arrived on 1/1/12 including several in DTD. Since we are going to be arriving late in the afternoon, I don't want to chance not being able to get a table as that is the beginning of the Marathon weekend.
