There's no upcharge for entertainment, but honestly, the place is kind of lame compared to Biergarten or Via Napoli and the food is bland and overpriced.
I haven't tried Spice Road Table yet, but Tangieirene Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants on property. If you're looking for Mediterrian food at Epcot I would highly recommend eating there and spend the time and money you save on drinks and desserts at Germany or France.

does Tangerine Cafe still serve the chicken wrap - I think it was chicken on flat bread and it was served with fries and a delicious sauce?
