Resort to Resort

Can we take a bus from POP (where we are staying) to another resort (Beach Club for breakfast)? I was kind of confused when I thought about htis becasue I know POP has its own bus.

you can get a bus from any of the 4 parks to another disney park granted in some you would have to go to the TTC but from AK they have a separate bus that goes to MGM and EPCOT.

MK buses from the TTC go to the other 3 parks.

EPCOT buses go to MGM and AK (not sure about the TTC but i suppose thats what the monorail is for)

MGM buses go to EPCOT, AK and the TTC.

Blizzard beach is accessable from the 4 parks except AK (not 100% on that though).
