Resort Parking Fees Arrival Day

Hi - does anyone know if you were to go to directly to MK on the first day before checking into an on-site property will you be charged double to park (MK and Resort) or do the magic bands let them know you will pay a resort parking fee later? Thanks in advance.

Always been able to park free first day at the parks without checking in at the resort. We do online check in, but I don't think that matters.

Worst case is you pay to park at the TTC and then get the front desk to refund it when you get to the resort.

If it's anything like my hotel the resort fee will post when they do night audit, which is when room and tax are posted.
