Resort Parking Fee for handicapped?

Do the Universal Resorts charge the ridiculous $15 per night parking fees if you have a handicap person in your party?

I don't see why they wouldn't - you're paying for overnight parking, not handicapped access? :shrug: But your tag/placard will get you a spot closer to the elevators/entrance.
