Resort Hopping

I've read a few threads of people doing some resort hopping. What exactly does that entail? I know you can eat at restaurants and food courts but can you actually swim in other resort pools or is that just for staying resort guests?

It simply means visiting the other resorts. May include shopping or dining. And no you cannot pool hop.

Pool hopping and resort hopping are two different things.

Thanks for clarifying! I had no intentions on visiting other pools. I was just curious. I highly doubt I will even have the time to visit my own pool much less.

When resort hopping, we take the time to absorb the theming and ambiance of the resort, the grounds, the pool areas. We also walk around and visit the restaurants and shops, even if we don't buy anything. Recently we visited GF, WL, CR, Poly, and BW- all wonderful!!! Someday I WILL stay at every single one
