Resort Help - Where to stay

For our trip next year (our first onsite), we are debating which resort to stay in. We want to stay at a Deluxe, we have that much decided (well my husband says Deluxe), but we can't really decide which one. Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, or Animal Kingdom Lodge? There are characteristics about each that we love, so it's a tough call. My husband, while not a huge fan of the Poly theme, loves the monorail access to MK and EP, and also to the GF, and CR for other restaurant choices. Animal Kingdom is just gorgeous. And WL, he likes the rustic look. Where would you stay, and why?

While my husband is determined to go Deluxe, I have not ruled out a Moderate. I have looked at both POR and CSR. What are thoughts on those?
I would save a few $ and stay at POR. They have beautiful landscaping. . We are staying at Magnolia bend in two Royal rooms this year. POR has the best rated eating at Riverside Mill. It also has a boat to take you to DOWNTOWN Disney. Very quiet and serene. Buses are very prompt. We have stayed there 8 times. It is like coming home when we arrive. You do not spend a lot of time in your room, so I would go for moderate.

It seems you may have already decided but, I've stayed at animal kingdom kadani, port orleans french, and saratoga springs. I've visited most of the DVC resorts besides wilderness.. Personally I like animal kingdom the best. The theming is fantastic! I love standing on the balcony watching the animals in the morning. The dining is great, both sanaa and boma, I've never been to jinko. As for transportation, the bus comes quick, and the ride to magic kingdom was like 15 minutes. Out of all the resorts I've been to AKs theme is the most immersive for me.

We have stayed at AKK. It is very nice, but bus rides are too long to parks other than AK. We prefer POR.
