Resort Christmas Decorations

Does anyone know how long the Christmas decorations are up at the different hotels?

I'll be in WDW the week after Christmas and was curious if it would be worth it to visit the different resorts to see the decorations.....

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Let me tell you one thing, those decorations will be up after Christmas, they fill 130 tractor trailors with all of what they put up.

I thought I heard that the Xmas stuff is usaully up until the new year. That is what I heard I got to go Lost is back on.

Anyway, the holiday celebration property wide goes into January (a couple days). In my opinion, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it go to the resorts to look around. The parks are wonderful, especiall Epcot, but some of the resorts are just as nice. If you don't mind walking, one thing we did was to walk from TTC to Poly and then around the GF (getting a nice drink at the gingerbread house). Then grab the monorail to MK and take the launch to Wilderness Lodge. If you leave MK a bit early, this is a WONDERFUL end to the evening and allows the cars to exit TTC's parking lot if you drove. Just make sure to budget some time so the launches are still running to WL and back.

There are so many decorations at the world, I don't know if you need to make special trips to resorts to see them. That said, if you are near, I would stroll through lobbies and have a look.

I especially like GF, Yacht and Beach, and WL. But they are all great

The Christmas stuff was still up when we left last JAN. We left SAT following NYE, and there were still decorations everywhere. However, some things were definitely being taken down.
