For once I agree with Disney's legal response team.

They signed the terms and conditions. I'm positive 10,000 definitions of fireworks existed in Legalese definition.

I'm not crying for Disney or the million dollar owner. It's a horrible spot.

This apartment complex was also in high demand to be built because cast members wanted to live nearby. Directly across the street is an income-based apartment complex that has a year waiting list to get in because its so cheap. Most of them share apartments to save money and utilizing lower income housing goes even further. But anyone who's driving this area during the fireworks know just how close you are to them so I don't sympathize for them.
