Just called to pay off my vacation and they are having computer problems (surprising huh?). I was asked to call back in a few hours. I asked him if my vacation was free since I couldn't pay. Of course that didn't work. I was just wondering if anyone was making their ADRs this morning?

Again, the inability of a Corporation to actually GET PAID as a consequence of IT failure SHOULD prompt the resignation or firing of the CIO. This is a pretty fundamental job responsibility. The current CIO (Susan O'Day) continues to not perform.

We are still waiting to be able to link our verifed room/package reservations with "My Disney Experience". Know they are working hard for a remedy, but it has been several months now. Disney LIVES by computers - disappointed that maybe a brand new program was initiated without all departments talking to each other before a "thumbs up" was given?!
It is not the Disney experience we are used to! Seems to mbe a major IT problem!

It is frustrating all around - Cast Members to Guests! Imagine if there was a similar IT problem at an attraction - Pirates, Haunted Mansion, et. al. Would it take months to resolve it? Don't think so. It is definitely a management problem. Seems like no one was talking with each other. A "thumbs up" should not be given until a new program is ready to roll.
Commit enough personnel until it is solved - especially, if a Guest cannot even pay a balance!
Definitely not the Disney I know and love!
