Hi all,
I am trying to book my package but the website keeps saying that the rooms are not available! I do not think that they are all booked up because I am trying to get reservations for January 3rd of 2014. How many days in advance can I book my trip? I know that over the phone you can do it about 500 days before. Also they suggest you book things about 180 days in advance but I do not want to wait that long! Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

I'd call. I have had trouble w/ website in the past, especially w/ dining reservations. I just called. They may not be taking reservations for 2014 yet? Maybe just through December 2013 on the website. I'd call though. I know. I feel your anxiety! Definitely make those dining reservations 180 days in advance, especially if you want Be Our Guest!:)

Get a TA. Get one that specializes in Disney, like Kingdom Konsultants. They will be all over stuff like that. And if discounts that aren't well publicized come out, they'll apply those, too.

I don't work for any of those places. I just think it's the smart way to go!

Yes, just call. I have always had problems with the site. At my 180 day mark the site would not let me make ANY dining reservations, so I had no choice but to call.

Whenever I make a disney ressie I always call, then make sure it's up on the website. Website is great but it's always better to confirm any guesses by a real person.

I don't think the website will allow it because next year's prices aren't out yet, right? You can do it over the phone at this year's prices, then they'll adjust them when next year's are released.

Calling Disney will cost you the long distance charges if you don't have free long distance.

I don't know about the TAs, but you can email for free, I think.

AoA is one of the Value motels. They have "family suites." You would get more suite for less money offsite, but many people prefer to be in the Disney bubble. :)

I'd email someone from Kingdom Konsultants, like Marie above. They don't charge anything extra.

I find going the travel agent route is best for first time travelers or for those who haven't been for awhile. They will talk you through the process and help you with dining, resort, park tickets, etc. Also if a special comes up on the days you booked, they can usually get you into that special even after you are booked. There are quite a few Disney travel consultants on this board. I'm sure any would love to help you!

Hi Molly, No it doesnt cost anything to call us or e mail any of the Konsultants, All of our fees are paid by Disney and does not cost you anything extra at all. In some cases we may be able to save you money as we may be aware of a promotion that you didnt know about, or that came out after you booked. If we can apply a discount even after your initial booking with us, we will always try to do so. Our page is www.kingdomkonsultant.com All of the Agents are listed there and many of us, if not all are members here as well. Feel free to drop any one of us a note directly or you can fill out a quote request form, whatever is more comfortable for you!! Marie
