Can you please show me? I have only seen one tower under construction between Caribbean beach and the pre existing Coronado springs.

Coronado Springs isn't really closeto Caribbean Beach. Coronado Springs (where the Gran Destino Tower is) is on the west side of World Drive. Caribbean Beach is on the east side of World Drive. The Riviera (a DVC resort) is being built north of Caribbean Beach.
