If there is a thread regarding the WDW reservations system can somebody point me to it? If not I am opening a WDW Reservations Watch with a huge nod to the Everest Effect Watch thread elsewhere here. I just tried to make camping reservation, but was told the system was down.
Perhaps it is just my imagination but it seems that over time the reservations system has been unavailable more and more, presumably due to some technical issue. I realize maintenance is needed, and things happen. I do CS for a living so I am better versed at 'stuff' happening than most, but issues with the resy system at the World seem to be on the rise. At least from my experience over the last few years.
When the system is down I assume the call center folks may not know why and therefore can't say when to call back yet they tell you to call back later. Seem like a mickey mouse operation.... Sorry. Still venting about a company that I thought wanted my money.
