Requesting certain buildings

Hi!
I booked my RO reservation online for 4 nights at POP.
Can I call to add a request for a certain building to my reservation?
I am not going til September. Is it too early to make those kind of requests?
Should I wait til it's closer?

Yes, you can definitely call and add specific building requests to your file, and I would do it as soon as possible. There's no guarantee that you'll get it, but we've had good success with the vast majority of ours in the past.

We do as soon as we book and then a few weeks before we leave. We are the only guests that request a 1st floor by parking lot

Yes, you can call and request. We requested Tahiti at Poly and was able to get a very nice room a couple of trips ago.

We always put a first and second location request when making our reservations.

I make room requests. I have it noted on my initial reservation, I note it again on check-in, and I call the resort the day before check in to confirm they have it noted.

They've never let me down so far!

We've always had good luck at POP. I guess you could call that our home. Our first stay was in the 50's section and have worked our way through the decades in order twice by requesting them. Of course nothing is ever guaranteed, we've just had really good luck. If you use the online check-in still make sure to call to verify you requests.

I would put in a request that's can't promise anything but as with the other folks on this thread we have generally received our requests. Never ever hurts to ask.

We've requested certain buildings and have been very lucky to get them each time. However, they are not guaranteed.
