Request For Folks Requesting Avatars

When you request an avatar from one of the nice folks here, please be specific with what you want.

It is very frustrating to create something for someone and then they say, "It's not what I had in mind, but thanks for the effort".

If you want something specific then please say so. We cannot read your mind. It takes time to search for and edit pictures. We do it because we like it but when it's rejected because it's "not what you had in mind", it's very aggravating.

Very good point - ACE is taking time out of his life to do what you request. Don't demand the impossible.

ACE is definitely to be commended. I don't know how I'd put up with what some of the people asking for avatars are asking for. That's why I only make avatars for others on a RARE occassion. Too many ingrates on these boards...

I always appreciate all the avatars I get from ACE and the others. They do a nice job and I would not tell them to delete it and start over from scratch just because it is the same kind of idea, but has a different look. For example, ACE had made me the avatar I currently have and I liked the first time I saw it. Thanks again ACE.
