Yep, it is all becoming clickbait time for some of these sites.
Having previously worked the attraction this is a almost daily occurrence when multiple stops occur and nothing new. When the attraction stops the linear motors reset and some occurence result in a patch of motors failing to come back online during the restart.
I recall one day where we evacd the attraction close to 8 times including at closing.
This also occurs if any of the building the TTA travels through has a fire alarm, the motors will reverse to prevent the vehicles from entering into the building.

As mentioned above this has been happening for years. In the mode where they have to keep stopping and restarting the attraction for slow unloaders, the attraction flow gets out of sync and the stop results in bumping of cars. I've been through it a number of times and if you're following the rules and everyone in your car is seated it's not that big a deal. Another reminder for keeping the little ones sitting down and not standing on the seats while riding.
