Report Good & Bad CMs?

I know, I know. I should have done it while I was there. But, in retrospect, I encountered a terrible CM and a great CM, and I want to report it to Disney. Anyone know how?

If you're interested: the terrible CM was a Concierge CM at POR. I was trying to add days to my old Hopper pass. I posted here about it, and I called Ticketing, and everyone said NP. The concierge CM said it was impossible and "The person you talked to didn't know as much about ticketing as me." No exaggerating! I let it drop and went to EPCOT G/S, where an extremely pleasant girl upgraded it in 2 minutes, no problems.
Also, after telling me it couldn't be done, I was cleaning out my wallet of miscelaneous stuff. My girlfriend commented that I should have done it earlier, and I said I know, "that was stupid." The concierge CM said, "What??" Thinking I was questioning her regarding the ticketing problem! This was my girlfriend's first stay on property, and after I built up Customer Service, she was not impressed. Again, I let it drop b/c I wouldn't let her ruin my vacation.
The great CM drove boats to and from DTD and the resorts. His name is Joe, and he was fantastic.
CAN I REPORT THIS AND HOW?

I know Joe. He really is what a Disney CM is all about.

To answer your question, yes, you can. Write a letter to WDW Communications or Guest Services. I might suggest focusing the story on the system or your GF's experience (just as more of an excuse to write), but definitely mention to opposing examples with as much information as you can (date, time working, etc.). Those roles should be fairly easy to discern and you have names, so that is very helpful. Glad that it sounds like you had a good trip everything considered? Is your GF willing to return?

Thanks to all who have responded.

I emailed Guest Services to report the good and the bad CM. It was such a bummer to have built up customer service only for my GF to be "greeted" by that terrible CM. Joe truly is great, however, and he saved that part of our vacation. My GF was very impressed with transportation and the resort experience, aside from the evil one we do not speak of. My GF is so anxious to stay on property--but maybe not PO-R.

I've been to WDW many times. Most of those times were during the busy times. I have never met a bad CM. Those guys are the greatest!

My worst experience with a cast member, by Eric:

Myself, and two friends were about to board for Space Mountain. It was one of those friend's first time in the MK, so we wanted her to get the front row. Now, when we got to the front, there were 3 emty seats in the back. We asked if we could get the front, and the CM told us just to wait there. When the next one came, the back was once again empty and the same CM told us to get in there. We replied that we wanted to get the front as it was our friend's first time. The CM gave us a dirty look and said "You wanna find me 3 more people?" We were all shocked, because no CM had ever been so rude to us. My friend politly just said "I could try" but we finally got the front. Too bad it was so dark, and we couldn't get her name, because we were going to go straight to Guest Relations and report her.

I assume by CM you mean customer service/concierge cast member? Heck yes, I know! All other CMs are always great, but it seems like the customer service/guest relations/concierge CMs are always top of the line, friendly, polite, non-combative folks--that's why I was so shocked and disappointed at "the evil one we do not speak of."
You're not a PO river boat captain, are you Joe?! Maybe it is you!
I bet this is a hot topic, so if there's another thread on it don't get angry, but I'm going to start one on CMs!
