Is there a way to change it to regular time? I went into date and time settings in my user CP and there was no other options to change it :shrug:

You might have been better to post in the Technical Support forum rather than Chit Chat to get info about how the forums work.

I believe, and Steve will no doubt correct me if I'm wrong, the forum software used here on Magic [vBulletin 3.8.4] doesn't support AM/PM time stamps.
