How good is Disney at replacing a Lost Premium Annual? Will they give me any hassle or charge me any Administrative fees?

Thanks

I know that with a regular Annual Pass, all you have to do is go to Guest Relations and tell them you lost your pass. They will ask for you driver's ID or photo ID. Then they will print you one up. No charge. I don't think it would be any different than this. Hope this helps.

Ok Great Thanks, I know with my DL AP I would have to buy a ticket into the parks, and then go and pay a $20 replacment fee to get a new AP.

Thanks for the Help!

Good thing to do would be to photo copy the back of your pass, so you know the #'s and such, just to make sure they don't give you a hard time about anything. When I drop 4 Ben Franklins on something, I usually like to keep proof of what I have.

But from what I have heard, its not a hard problem to have resolved anyways :-)

I had no problem replacing a forgotten Annual Pass. I forgot it home here in NYC and off to Florida I went!! Not a problem!! I went to the Guest relations area in EPCOT with photo ID and they asked a few questions to verify I was really me and produced a new pass on the spot!!! No fees, no problems, no worries, Hakuna Matata!!!! Belle

last month, my friend (who i took to Disney World...her first time ever) lost her 4 day park hopper (not the same as a Prem. AP, of course, but still) we were going from AK to MK and poof it was gone! of course, i freaked out knowing how much it was costing mom and dad to bring her along, but my friend didn't seem to make a big deal out of it. it was the first time any of us had lost something worth a few hundred dollars while at Disney (or anytime, come to think of it) so i was an absolute wreck wondering how mom and dad was going to react and what we'd be able to do about it. but to our suprise, there was no hastle! luckily mom had kept the Disney Store reciept with her, so that helped. but it was really no problem at all! within 15 minutes (give or take) we had a new park hopper (of course, i kept up with it the rest of the trip to ensure its safety)
just think, with all those people at WDW each and every day, this kind of thing has GOT to happen all the time! i'm sure this kind of stuff is old hat to the people at Disney! so don't stress over it! Disney will take care of ya!

All of our pass serial numbers (our APs and MNSSHP tickets, Park Hoppers for my parents) are in my Palm, so if something awful happens, we can go to Guest Relations and give them all pertinent information. I may be , but works. :hammer:

Hmm thats a good idea, when I get the replacment I have a business card scanner that hooks into my computer and scans the card and reads it and takes all the important info out of the card and makes it into a contact in my Ipaq, and then I can choose it to download the image of the card also. Maybe ill just scan it through that. I could also just make a phonebook entry on my Cell with the S/N of the pass.
