Does anyone have a link to the prices of renting watercrafts like the sea raycers by the contemporary? i looked on the wdw website but they just give you options on what you can rent, no prices and no time windows of when you will be able to rent out a boat, I just wanna know how much it will cost to rent a sea raycer and at what times i will be able to rent one, more specifically on a saturday, thanx

We rented a pontoon boat at Old Key West last week. It was around $100 for a little over an hour. That was with the discount. I dont remember what time the marina opens ( I think 8am), but I know they close at 5pm. This is consistant at all marinas on property.

For what it's worth, we rented one of the Boston Whalers for our family of 4 on our latest trip in September thinking it would be a great way for all of us to get out on the water together. Boy were those things slow. The Sea Racers blew us away. 2 Sea racers are a much better deal and probably more fun for the kids, ages 6 and 8.

Have fun. :)

Agreed, My friend and i did the searaycers last year and we were running circles around the pontoon boats. One thing i did notice, that if you get a searaycer at another marina such as dowtown disney, or at coranado springs, the boats (and Searays) seem much slower to those of Bay lake. I may be wrong but i do remeber noticing that, plus its so much more fun on bay lake! Have fun!

You are correct. The sea raycers at all non-MK locations are 5 HP, where as the Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon locations are 9.9 HP. Also, due to the limited power, the less weight in the boat, the faster it will go. So don't share... get a boat for yourself! :)

Me and my brother did the Sea Raycers last time we went. I had so much fun! I really recommend doing this(just be very careful for patrol boats :)) LOL We both got the sirens at least once.
