Rental Condos between Universal & WDW

Well, it looks like we might be going to Universal this year and take the year off from WDW. I'm trying to locate either a condo or villa/home in the area to rent. My question is, what are some of the good condo complexes to rent from? I've been looking at Windsor Hills. They seem to be clean and have good security. It's a little closer to WDW though. I've been running the different rental companies for villas and have a little more knowledge on location with them. So, condos are the big question for me. It will be 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preschooler.

If you know of any complexes that are good in the Universal area, I would really appreciate your input.

Hi!
I've heard of a place called Vista Cay by the convention center you might want to look into...never stayed there, but it looks nice online.
I've stayed at Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills, both are very nice, but definitely closer to Disney.
