We're staying in Runaway Beach Club on Bonfire Beach Drive in Kissimmee. They have a shuttle that goes to the theme parks but we like a car since we'll go to to a beach one day and maybe a couple other places. Shuttles are a bit iffy since you have to plan your day around their pick-up time ...might give us a bit more freedom to have our own wheels

From there just get on 192 W to Disney, World drive is very well marked
