Renewal Problem........

Hey Steve, I just noticed that I am no longer listed as a Premium Member. I have been all day & have had access to the PML.

I renewed my subscription the other day for the entire year. I received the notice from PayPal that it was sent thru. Any help would be appreciated. :wave:

tigsmom, I renewed a few weeks back and got another request just the other day. I figure it's only $5.00, (since I pay by the month), so I renewed again - no big deal . . . but I was wondering if there was a problem too. Any ideas Steve?

They are no longer self renewing, you have to do it every month...thats why I switched to yearly. I paid 2 days ago & had no problem all day...I just found it now.

Maybe it takes a couple days for subscriptions to go into effect? And you're just in the period between your older one expiring and the new one taking effect?

Looks like it happened to you, too!

I got access back late this morning. There is a lag in the renewal.

I just got my confirmation & the dates were wrong...I renewed for 1 year ,but my dates were from Sept to Oct of 2004. Guess there are still bugs to be worked out.

There are no subscription packages that are automatically recurring. You will only pay for what you originally order, with no automatic renewal.

There is a bug in the renewal system. I haev a fix in place, that I am currently testing. Hopefully this wont happen again. thanks
