They should have opened this at an off-peak time. Doing it at midday was a bad idea when you know you have capacity problem.

When you say capacity problem, do you mean the website or is "New Fantasyland" filling up?

Every interaction I have with Disney IT - emails, website, reservations, etc - tells me that they should be profoundly embarrassed by their technology efforts. Next Gen should be a real hoot.

I'm not registering for the AP preview. I've been experiencing New Fantasyland every day for the past three days, and I'll continue to all week. I mean, unless you're only coming down that weekend, there really isn't a reason to register if you can experience it right now. It will probably be open to the public most of the ap days anyway. So my spot and the 5 other ap's I was going to register will be open. We've been going to New Fantasyland every day since Friday. Best of luck to everyone!

As a stockholder, what bothers me is that it this is the second time in just a couple of months that I was willing to travel a couple hundred miles to spend money in their parks but they have put up roadblocks that have caused me to change my mind...

The registration is completely messed up. It is asking for a birthday - with a pull down menu - but no numbers when you pull it down. Not to mention it is loading at a snail's pace.

What was wrong with the old method? You came on Preview Day(s) and showed them your AP. Why do they need to complicate things?

I agree - I am about to give up. This should be an incredibly simple process. Espeically since they gave themselves an extra week to work out the problems...

You know what's frustrating about all this? Fantasyland is open for everybody to see! It's been open for a few days and will remain open all week! Why continue with any of these previews? Just cancel cast previews, cancel passholder previews, cancel all the previews and keep the land open.

I'm down in the parks from Oct. 24-28. It's frustrating to know that it will have been open for two weeks for everybody, only to be shut back down again for unnecessary previews. Why have a special event? Just go see it today! I am a passholder, but it's not like I can zip back down to Florida 10 days after my trip just to see Fantasyland for two hours. It's silly.

I've been going everyday. I'm going back later this afternoon, so I'll let you know. I'm assuming it's open. The cast has supposedly been scheduled all week. It's supposed to be open from 10:00am-6:00pm. On Saturday though they were giving out Fastpass to Mermaid till 7:55pm, so everyone got to experience everything at night.

You can bet this will probably be open be every day, especially since they are telling guests that New Fantasyland is the only place you can meet Ariel and Belle. Ariel is officially gone from Adventureland and Aurora has officially replaced Belle in TST on all the schedules.

I honestly do not understand why anyone would register for ap previews, unless they're only going to be here that weekend. The whole thing has been open, and will continue to be open, to everyone!

From what I understand, Fantasyland remained open even during the Halloween party. It's open virtually all day.
