On other boards and forums all I am seeing is griping and complaining about the "reimagined" staterooms. Quite frankly, I'm THRILLED! All I wanted was new bedding and upholstery on the couches. That is being done...I'm thankful! Color me happy!

Yes- I had posted the link earlier on the Disney Magic rumors thread, but after reading your post, I just went to see the forum you mention and yes a couple are cranky there, in fact those few posters do tend to complain about quite a few things,and have their own strong opinions, do not worry, it will be a case of those who do like it will not now post on that thread as they will fear being flamed back, by the few with strong opinions, people with a different opinion will feel intimidated, but DCL has done a good job on what it can do in the time available, DCL cant rip the ship apart, what they are doing in just six weeks is a heck of a lot and the vast majority of cruisers will enjoy it, do not get swayed by a few prolific posters with deep routed opinions.

I haven't seen the complainers! That's kind of crazy to me. I didn't expect anything too different, and they've exceeded my expectations in a lot of ways! I'm excited!

Just found it. And what the heck bench is someone talking about? I've never had a bench there in multiple categories without connecting rooms.
Thank you! I asked about the bench because I had no clue what that was. I even went back and looked at pictures of our staterooms on the Magic...none connecting. Nope, no bench!
And agreed here...I was not expecting much to be different for the staterooms. Like I said, all I wanted was some new and fresh bedding and upholstery. DCL is exceeding that!

I think they look great! I love that they are raising the beds so people can more easily fit luggage etc underneath.

We are very excited about this too. in fact, it is causing some issue because DD wants to go on the Dream, but the adults want to go on the Magic. DD has been on the Dream, but she was obviously too young to remember. I like DD's solution best though "Well, we can just go on both, a doy mommy"

Perhaps I missed it. Are all the cabins going to recieve refrigerators? One cruise we had the cooling box, and on our past cruise we scored a refrigerator. It was NICE,especially to keep milk cold for the kids.

Whilst a good idea, i understand they had refrigerators when the ships were first commissioned but it led to too many problems and they replaced it with the coll boxes.
What kind of problems did they have with the fridges? Don't the Dream and the Fantasy have them?
