Rehire status

I have restricted rehire status. I'm not sure why exactly, I completed two college programs, was never terminated or anything of that nature. I applied to have my status lifted once before and wasn't succesful. I'm planning on trying again soon. But I was wondering if I had a better chance of having it lifted if I applied through the college program? I'd rather have a part or full time position but if the CP is the only way to get back in the door I'm willing to do it.
Does anyone have experiance with restricted or no rehire status?

I am not a manager... so I'm giving third party information.

IIRC, restricted rehire is given out if resigning with under 2 weeks notice, OR if your employment ends while not in transfer guidelines.

In my case, to change my rehire status, I had to prove 1 year of employment stability, fill out paperwork basically admitting that I was wrong, Disney was right, and that I had learned all of my lessons and was ready to be a CM once more. Then it was about a 30 day period before I heard back.

That makes sense, I probably didn't meet transfer guidelines at the end of my last CP, I had attendence reprimands.
I have a full year with my current job, I actually have two jobs at the moment, one with a year of stability and the other with 6 months of stability.
I plan to write them a nice little paragraph about how I've matured since my college program, etc etc etc and am ready to be a grown up CM and want a career with them, blah blah blah, pixie dust, I am a dedicated employee, a dream is a wish your heart makes, I promise I'll be time, etc.
