Without prices, it's hard to gauge whether that is an issue or not. For example, the ribs portion is a fraction of the size of the ribs at Flame Tree Barbecue, but the latter is $16.29. If the former is $11-$13, that would make sense. (Cost of customer acquisition and cost of labor makes up about 60% of the cost, so the amount of food would affect only 40% of the price or about $6.50 - reduce the food portion by two-thirds, and you get a $12 menu price.)
