Refurbishment @ Caribbean Beach

Does anyone know when the new restaurants and main lobby of CBR will be opened? I am going in the end of October but I am not sure if it all done.

I thought I read they won't be finished until December.

We are thinking of staying in November for Thanksgiving and have not heard or seen anything, any updates out there? Would appreciate the help also
