Well, first they have to drain out all that water, it is under the sea after all. Sorry, couldn't help myself there. There have been a few rumors to the effect that they are going to upgrade (plus) the ride up to what they did in DLR. Other rumors have been that only some of it will be done. But, who knows they could just be shutting it down to sweep up.
