This kind of reminds me of when they were building BLT and did not announce it right away. It could be a bit before we hear much officially. Gotta sell those Poly condos.

There should be more detailed info on the permit in the next week or so as it gets processed.

This FAA case finished its processing, and more details were added. They also filed cases for five additional cranes.

Construction of mobile cranes to construct a 10-story hotel. The mobile cranes can reach a max height of 240 ft. AGL when raised to its highest point. When idle, during non-working hours, the crane will be at a max height of 150 ft. AGL.

Not much taller that Wilderness Lodge with 7 stories. Contemporary is 14?
The Contemporary is not on the lake in Ft. Wilderness. We will also not see anything themed like Wilderness Lodge. It will look more like the new tower at Poly. Between the new cabins and this mess, it's going to completely ruin the feeling of Ft. Wilderness.
