Refillable Mugs???

Someone told me that you can get refillable mugs at the parks and at the resorts. Is this true? If so, do I buy 1 at every park and where I'm staying or is there a universal one? Is it worth it? Anyone know of this? :confused:

The refillable mugs are purchased at your resort you are staying at. I think you pay $11.00 and you get free refills on all the coffee, tea, fountain drinks you want for your stay. Unfortunately they are only good at your resort and not at the parks. They are a good deal if you plan on going to the pool alot or making many trips to the food court.

wait a minute...isn't it like the ones you buy at the All-Star resorts?

That's very helpful cause I need my coffee in the morning to get going and need my refreshments at night. Do you know if they offer such a thing in the different WDW parks? Cause if we're there all day that would be definetly worth it also.

Nothing in the parks, just whichever resort you're in.

We got the dining plan when we booked our trip so that will help in the parks a little but some cash is needed for those dying of thirst moments.

The only park ive seen refillable mugs at was typhoon lagoon. You could purchase a mug (i think around 13$) and refill it as many times as you would like around the park that day. It would be a good deal if you were spending the whole day there (open-close) we seen many fmailies just buy one mug and refill it and share it. we were walking around and seen one of the fountain stations and on this one even applie juice was an option im not sure if blizzard beach offers it though

we bought one when we went..but I was really glad we couldn't use it in the parks. (It would have been just one more thing for me to carry, or watch that it didn't get lost:( ).

We did use it alot in the hotel. We shared it. (I had brought other cups for the night time, we seem to need them next to the bed when we sleep.)

My mom and I still have our 2 from All-Star Music in 1999. They still work great. Yea, I'm glad they don't use them in the parks because it would be something you would have to watch or carry. I know if I had taken mine to the park, I would have lost it.

I think I might have to get the hard hat out...Its another of them hot topics..re-using refillable mugs ...
