refillable mugs on dining plan

I was just having a look on the official Disney site and it shows that you only get the refillable mugs on the quick service plan or the deluxe plan. Is that the case? I have the dining plan for next year and am staying at Old Key West. Previously when staying there and having the dining plan we have got the refillable mug so just presumed we would this time as well. Am I wrong?? Thanks in advance

Each guest over the age of three will get a refillable mug.

All dining plans get refillable mugs for every person on the plan age 3 and over. So yes you will get one.
