Refillable Mug Policy

Hi everyone. I did a search for this but nothing really answered my question. And if there was a thread already Im sorry but I couldnt find it. My question is...I have several Mugs from different resorts and for years I have brought them back to the resort and used them again and again...I heard a rumor or read it somewhere but I forget....that now you have to buy a new mug everytime you go and that they have this policy written on the new mugs now. I havent been down since Nov 03 and we stayed at Ft. Wilderness and didnt have mugs but I know in the past I had brought ones back and had no problem. I was just wondering if anyone has been down recently and noticed a change at all. Thanks in advance for any info! :wave:

This is my first time in this thread, so after the drifting I want to get my word in.

It would cost Disney more to police the rule than to let it slide

And to be fair, you haven't seen my husband when he DOESN'T get his daily quota !!

Which leads to a question...... Do they have Vanilla Coke at the refill station ? ( asked with fingers crossed)

Same here, I'm not a happy camper if I DON't get my daily quota (much less that 10 cups)LOL!!:hammer:


I didn't notice Vanilla Coke when I was at WDW a few weeks ago, however I was only at the resort for 1 day so I didn't look too hard anyway.

Well, he will drink regular Coke, but prefers cherry to plain, and consumes vanilla by the gallon !! He's reluctant to take this trip in the first place, so each little detail can only help !

LOL, you should see me without my daily quota. I get very cranky. :)
