Refillable Mug Over Split Stay

Here’s the reply from WDW regarding a split resort stay:
"When you purchase the length of stay option for the Resort-refillable
drink mugs, you will be able to use the mug for 14 consecutive days
after activation, even if you switch Resorts in the middle of your stay.
You are also able to extend the mug beyond the 14-day option as long as
it is still within the current length of stay."
Sounds like a definitive answer. Thank you for sharing.

It's nice to know the OFFICIAL policy....thanks .

Thought I read that the new mugs were good at any resort, which is why I asked the question.
I’ll keep researching it and pass along any updates.
I heard this also they had a rapid fill or something and could be used any where I'm not sure if that's the one you get with your package or you have to buy this type of cup separate

The RapidFill system is exactly what is being discussed here. It has replaced all the resort mugs, and is either included in your dining plan, or can be purchased individually for a set number of days.

Prior to WDW starting with the Rapid Fill system and saying the mugs can be used at any resort, my guess is they did that because guests who did split stays under the old mug program would still use the mug purchased at their 1st resort. Unless those people were on the Dining Plan with the mugs being included as part of their package, why would anyone spend $15.49 (cost of the mugs prior to the Rapid Fill system) for the same mug design twice during one trip? Maybe some people would say they would be honest when doing that, however I don't agree.

Eh, technically the verbage prior to RapidFill was that the mugs could be used at beverage fountains for the length of your stay at the resort it was purchased. So technically shouldn't have been able to use it at multiple, but much like re-using mugs, they never really cared about it.
