I have never seen hall of presidents and probably never will. I do, however like the american adventure in epcot. I assume the AA are similar?
You should really go to see it. It's a classic and every true Disney should see it at least once. To summarily dismiss it is cheating yourself.

Go in with an open mind and forget that history teacher that tried to get you to memorize all the presidents in order.

Watch it for the theatrics and the animation if nothing else.

Watch the subtle movements of the others onstage as they listen and acknowledge each other.

They're very different experiences. Hall of Presidents is mostly centered around the stage filled with AAs of every president, Abraham Lincoln delivering the Gettysburg Address, and Obama speaking for a bit, with narration from Morgan Freeman. I find it charming and patriotic.
Turtle Talk is a cool concept.
I've seen Turtle Talk several times; its charm really depends on how good the actor doing Crush is and if the kids have decent questions. Sometimes it's a little lackluster. Last time I saw it, the actor was terrific, the kids were fun, and it was everyone's favorite part of The Seas, by far.

Why would you not see the Hall of Presidents? It just doesn't make sense when people say they'll never watch something? Why? It takes <30 minutes and if you like the American Adventure, what's the harm?

I stopped liking presidents after Lincoln. :p

Country Bears is the only thing that doesn't close in Frontierland if there is a thundrstorm.

I like when Pumba says dam in Circle of Light.

I love the teleportation in the preshow at Stitch.

The music is beautiful at Impressions de France.

The musical part of little mermaid makes me smile every time I see it. It a dull ride, but that one room makes me happy. Not sure what it is about it, and the queue is amazing.

I have never gone to mk and not sat through hall of presidents. To me it's the idea of being able to see some of the great men who ran our country to some extent "in person" is something I enjoy. And to see the little things, some tapping their feet or nodd their heads is awesome.
