Recycling resort mug/ buy RFID sticker

Ok.... I have seen all the posts about the soda controversy but I promise this isn't one of them!

We have 5-6 sets of mugs (4 in each set).


Is there a way to bring your mug and have them put a sticker on it for the visit. We are going 2 more times this year and are getting free mugs again! The environmentalist side of me is feeling mighty guilty.

Does anyone know this?

Oh it isn't the sticker like on the water park ones? (We have those too!).

Ok.... I guess we will get 8 new mugs in the next 3 months!

That would be a great idea for Disney to use especially for people who go more often and want to cut down on the amount of cups they have. If they made a sticker that was good for the length of your stay and charged a little less for people who want to cut down the amount of cups they have at home.

You could drill some holes in the bottoms and string christmas lights inside to decorate at the holidays (only half joking).

They most definitely should offer either a sticker or reprogramming option. With everything Disney says about being green, put up or shut up.
