Recommendation for real estate agent?

We are going to be down in Orlando at the end of the month and we intend to look for a vacation home that we plan on renting out. Does anyone have recommendations for a good agent that is familiar with the major developments near WDW? If so, what is it that makes you want to recommend this individual?

My friend is a real estate agent.. i will ask him
