Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Hands down we reccomend Hoop Dee Doo!! Great show and delicious southern/American food. Fried chicken, ribs, corn, corn bread, baked beans, mashed potatoes, strawberry shortcake. Also offer Mac and cheese if you ask. We love it so much we go every trip! :)

Haha I like how you added the Mac and cheese part :D you know me too well

Thanks!

I think we went to The Lion King show at AK last time and we loved it!
That is a favorite of ours too! Also we
Really like the bird show at AK. Nemo is great too there.
At HS Beauty and the Beast is great to watch and is like a shorter Broadway show as is Nemo.
And of course we can never miss Fantasmic!, Wishes, and Illuminatioms either. :)

We went to Fantasmic last time too! We actually got some deal because we ate at this fancy restaurant we got good seats at Fantasmic! I have no idea what we did to get them but the show was amazing
That is the Fantasmic Dinner Package. You pay and you get your meal and a spot now in the center for the show. You can choose to eat at Mama Melrose, 50's or Hollywood Brown Derby(the fancy restaurant your prob thinking about which is really good it's a Signature restaurant). All 3 of those restaurants are good actually.:hungry:

This will be our 7th year in a row and we always miss Epcot illumination every time! (Too tired) this year we are going to do it! July 2015 wish us luck!! Must...do...it...
Yes you must do all the nighttime shows! We will not leave a trip without seeing each one at least once! Take a nap that afternoon if you have to and go back in the evenings. :)

Are their any certain shows or performances anyone would reccomend seeing when we visit WDW?

I would love to mention a recommended overlooked show at each park that are actually very good! And by "show" I'm going to assume you mean "film" too..

Magic Kingdom --
Monsters inc. laugh floor

Animal Kingdom --
Flights of Wonder

Hollywood Studios --
Voyage of the Little Mermaid

EPCOT --
O' Canada (start your world showcase trip from Canada's side first. You'll enjoy it better as you won't be as tired)

Thank you I could not remember off hand what the name of the bird show was at AK! Flights of Wonder is always a must for us. Also agree with O' Canada at Epcot. The other 2 shows you mentioned are fun as well. :)

Great! and i'm glad I'm not alone because I almost cried while watching it on youtube :D

what about street shows? Isn't there always something going on?
Is there a certain time to catch them or is it just whenever you get lucky?

Not technically a street show, but it's a VERY neat and cool new addition to Epcot's World Showcase entertainment!

American Music Machine, located at the outdoor theatre in front of the "American Adventure" pavilion.

Usually performing -- 11:45am, 12:30pm, 1:40pm, 2:20pm, 3:00pm and 3:45pm.

They have one in MK but can't remember the name that happens during the day (or at least they used to) and also at HS they have little skits on the streets and one of them they use a car and pass by but don't know the names offhand if these
Either. Lol. We always stop and watch the ones at HS if we have time. The actors/actresses are pretty funny. :)
