looking for the cole slaw recipe that whispering canyon serves, my hubby loved this stuff! said it was the best he has ever had!

Nothing yet, but I'll keep looking.

If he has to have it really bad, you can contact the restaurant and ask, they just may give it to ya.

Tonight's a big wing night here in the Fievel household....having my in-laws over and making 3 kinds of wings

Maple Wings (from Wilderness lodge)
Wings with BBQ sauce from Flame Tree BBQ
Wings with Honey Coriander Sauce from Polynesian

Also serving the Polynesian's Banana Bread and Salad with Honey Lime Dressing.

All sauces are prepped and tasting good...now just need to make the wings (which I'll be grilling for extra flavor)

Have you made the Honey Lime dressing before? It's darn good with a veggie tray too.

Ha...it's gonna be my cheat night tonight. I haven't cheated at all since I've started, and I had two separate workout sessions yesterday, as I did my own in the morning, then with my wife at night when she did hers. I'm staying away from the maple wings, and going with the coriander and BBQ wings - plus I'm grilling them, rather than frying them to save what I can. So not too far out of diet for me :)

I haven't tried the honey lime dressing until today. I sampled it off the spoon, and it was fantastic.

Does anyone have the recipe for the "no sugar added chocolate mousse" from the Kringla Bakery in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot? We had our "dessert" for four meals at Norway last week after eating our meals at other countries. I must try to make this at home.:slurp:

Don't see it, but I'll keep looking. I'm so happy that more places are offering sugar free options to those of us that need it.

I was surprised last week when we were in Animal Kingdom looking for a sugar free dessert, that there were very few options. We asked at the bakery in Tusker House and they said that they used to carry sugar free items, but they didn't sell, so they stopped offering them.

But will keep reading the other great recipes. thanks for your time, John:wave::wave:

I think that only yeast breads would work in a bread machine. The quick breads (with baking powder and/or baking soda) have a different rising/baking method and may not work.

Has anyone that's made any of the breads done it in a bread machine? Call me lazy, but I like the convenience. :)

Vernon is right, only yeast breads can be made in a machine. Quick breads (which just about all of these are) are more like cakes and muffins and will not work out.
