Recent Villain Sightings

Hello everybody! I'm normally pretty self-sufficient when it comes to character hunting, but since it's been over a year since I last traveled to the world I'm sure some things have changed. Have there been any villain sightings at the parks recently. I normally go to WDW for Halloween but I will be going down in May this year, so I know that any villains pickings will be scarce but I would still like to try and meet some. I've already resigned myself to the fact that I will not be able to meet my favorite villain, Frollo, but I still hope to perhaps meet some other baddies, especially the Snow Queen (my second fav). I could honestly care less about meeting the Queen of Hearts/Captain Hook (they're not that great of villains in the first place), but has anybody seen some truly bad baddies (Jafar, Lady Tremaine, Maleficent) anywhere in the parks lately (International Gateway/MGM Characterpalooza!)? Thanks so much!

Tremaines are out daily at MK, and Snow Queen and Jafar are possibilites any day at palooza. Maleficent is only a couple days a year at IG and completely random-I last saw her there Easter Sunday.

Has anyone seen the snow queen In witch form In a meet n greet I've only seen her in Fantasmic in Cinderella Suprise Celebration an in the Share a dream come true parade show stop back in 2001!

Your best bet would be to check out MK during the Halloween parties.
Villains'a'PLENTY!!!

The hag from Snow White was last out during Halloween 2010.

Compared to Paris, I would hardly call what WDW does "a plenty".

The Hag did not return after 2010 and rumor has it she won't be until someone pays for repairs TP some damage that occurred that year.

Considering the OP mentioned nothing about DLP, if you compare WDW's villain offering to itself, Halloween IS the time to go.

Tremaines (a daily offering anyway), Gaston, the stars of the Villain Mix'n'Mingle (Maleficent, the Queen, Dr. Facilier, Frollo, Capt. Hook, Queen of Hearts and Cruella) all come out for meet'n'greets (in addition to more Royalty, rare characters such as Tarzan & Jane, etc).

Would I love to see Clayton, Yzma, Bowler Hat Guy, Big Bad Wolf and more?... well, we all can dream :snore:

Big Bad Wolf was out earlier this year for the Marathon! Those are the moments I wished I ran.

Unfortunately though, just echoing everyone else, Tremaines are the only villains that appear daily, and technically they're only out in the mornings.

Queen, Jafar, Hook, Foulfellow, and Queen of Hearts are the random villains.

Actually, the OP seems to realize Halloween is the best time to go, but is not this year. And even comparing WDW to it's own Halloween offerings in years past, they are lacking.
