I did the college program twice (Fall 2001, Summer 2002) and loved every minute of both of them. Now I'm looking to get back down to Disney, but not as a cp, rather as a full time CM. I have my degree and don't want to be working for 6 bucks an hour, so it would be nice to get into a management or corporate role. Anyone have any suggestions?

would you be willing to move to california?i know that alot of times there is fierce competition at wdw because it is one of the most visible units of disney.if you go on disney careers.com or dcpcareers.com you will see alot of mgt roles for college grads in consumer products and other areas of disney like disney internet group.they are less known and so easier to get straight into a salaried role.after there for a while you can try to transfer to wdw as an inter company transfer easier than trying to come off the street-just a thought
The reason I'm more focused on getting on at WDW is because that is the place I have experience at. Additionally, I still have friends that live in that area. I really don't know if I would make it out in Cali, not having any family or friends out there. I'm not saying I am opposed to working out there, rather that I think I would just be a better fit in Orlando.
