I think this was discussed before, but if they are part of Saratoga Springs,
which does have accommodations available for the handicap, that no additional alterations would be needed on the tree house?

No alterations needed in terms of accessibility. However, count in things like mold, mildew, structural integrity, and general freshening up, and they might as well go ahead and change what they want in the process.

Wow those are some nice pics!!! kinda funny to see one completly torn apart. After being inside the one, it was not fit for living even if they cleaned it up. It looked like it would have needed way to much work anyway, inside and out. I can see why they are coming down.

According to David Koenig's MouseTales, they were flagged with different colours indicating whether they should be bulldozed or not, however the bulldozer driver was colourblind, so he levelled the lot.

Sorry to see them go. My wife and I stayed in a Treehouse for our Honeymoon, I think it was 426 but not too sure. They were nice then (1980) and Lake Buena Vista Marketplace was the only spot to get supplies.

Hope they are nice rebuilt, we'll have to go back and stay sometime.
