"Real" Magic

I am a pro magician/illusionist. I have done shows all over North America. At Hotels, Casinos, Theme Parks, and a few cruise ships. I have been desperately trying to get a contract on Disney Cruise Lines or anywhere on their property for that matter. I have sent several promo packages, letters, and made phone calls. All have gone unanswered. To me this would be a dream job, combining my career, with my favourite company on earth. However, my hope is vanishing.

Does anyone know if Disney adds new performers (like myself) to their roster? Perhaps they have a group and they feel there is no need to change? Does anyone have name and contacts for me? What does a guy have to do? lol

Sorry but I am looking for people with real answers. No guessing or speculating please. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you for your pointer but I am well beyond that. Pehaps I am looking for some inside info on the hiring practices for this kind of contract. I have sent stuff their several times.

You're welcome. Perhaps you should understand that magician/illusionist entertainment is rather dull by today's standards. You need to work on patter.

they're cast by Walt Disney Entertainment and represented by the actors equity association...

however, be advised that Disney seldom hires magicians

Hey MKT, question for you. How likely is it that someone with lots of management/sales, experience (also a seasonal cm w/TDS), could land a job as a reservation sales agent or reservations sales mgr.?
