Real Life Herbie!!!!

hey everyone,
I thought i would share these photos with you all. My brother just bought a new white VW Beettle, and he is a big Herbie fan so he thought he would make a modern day version of Herbie. He took his car to a local atuo detailer and had the guy change his plane VW into Herbie. I think it is totally awesome. Its really funny to be riding in the car with by brother, everyone who sees it or drives by is always laughing, pointing, and giving 2 thumbs up. So. what do you all think?

I was wondering when someone was going to Herbify a new VW bug...and it was your brother!... Very COOL.... NOW send a pic to EC or VW Trends magazine ASAP before someone beats you to it!

YEAH!!!!!! HERBIE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've seen those kits in parts magazines, they are suprisingly reasonable. I guess its just a matter of having the guts to put it on your car.

If my bug was white, I definitely would have given it the Herbie treatment, but I got the original paint matched. So instead of Herbie the love bug, I have Marnie the love bug. I'll have to get a picture of her up here.

We should talk about Beetles more around here!!

I've been lookin here in the midwest...alot of new beetles..but not herbified.....seen an old one....a few weeks ago..it was a Herbie...with the numbers & stripes painted on...alas...I did not have my cam with me though...doh!
