But I meant like at Disneyland in which they only do projections without fireworks. Tokyo Disneyland could do the same thing with Reach For The Sky by projections only.

Reach For The Stars should be fine. OUAT and Celebrate TDL didn't change in Summer.

Not having High Fireworks in Summer is more like a Summer Break than restrictions I believe.

Does Tokyo have some restriction in place so they are unable todo both close proximity and shells at the same time?

Local government has regulations with high level fireworks, establishments needs to file a permit. Since there are nearby residences within the park, there will be limitations on Pyro and noise.

After 4 years, nighttime spectacular at Tokyo Disneyland has been return, and fire effect were included again in finale after omitted at Frozen Forever, Mickey's Gift of Christmas, and Celebrate! TDL.

And Fire was added to the Castle Walkway compared to Pyro being there for Celebrate TDL.

Loved it!!!!!! TDL is so good at this!!!!!!!!

TDR has entered into a dawn of new era, with introduction if Recent and Classic IP.

Avengers Section, Princesses( Disneyland Debut of Raya, Tiana and Asha).
Recent pixar films such as (LUCA, INSIDE OUT 2, UP, Wall-E)
Disney IP(Hercules, Mary poppins, Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo Big HERO 6).

There is so much Characters into this show.

The only thing that i can criticized is that it is less pyro, and less grand than Celebrate!

Reach for the stars Theme song wasnt that strong also, but evrything blends so well and i Feel like this isnt the full version because of the weather today.

The Pyro Pinwheel at the top of the Castle was missing. IDK if any other Pyro was missing.....
Also, we didn't get the Alternate Version Announcement so the Weather wasn't that bad.

I expected a bit more... It's not bad, but I feel it's too disorganized in its acts and the instrumental. There are very good segments, especially at the beginning, the intro is perfect, but I felt it suffered the same as Harmonious, where the music doesn't flow as a single piece, mainly with Marvel and Encanto. I would have used 'Dos Oruguitas,' I know it's a bit cliché at this point, but I think it fits the concept better. As for Marvel, I'm not too familiar, but I'm sure there are more interesting options than the same theme, which I think makes it always feel out of place. The narration is very lovely.

I wonder if MK will look into a version of this since Most of these Stories are not in HEA........
Don't expect a version of it to be appeared at the MK or any nighttime spectacular at Disney World parks, as long as guest stratification regarding nighttime spectacular remain above average. I rather expected a version similar to it (without Marvel appearance but with Main Street projections) at Disneyland Paris early next year given DLP will debut a new nighttime spectacular that utilize fireworks, drones, and projections all-in-one. IMO, Reach of the Stars is seen as a sister shows of HEA, Illuminate, Momentous, and Wondrous Journeys. So, although characters and films appeared of four nighttime spectacular are different each other, they maintained somewhat similar story.

I was just wondering since MK had a version of OUAT from TDL, that ran along with Wishes and HEA.........

Ehh, it's just kind of ok? I feel like this show should've have came out a long time ago. There's nothing spectacular or new in this. They once just use the castle as a movie screen. There some neat moments but this doesn't come anywhere near HEA or WJ or even CTDL. If this was a follow up to OUAT. There's nothing new or interesting in this show. I've seen what they've been able to do with this castle projection wise with Not So Spooky and HEA. This doesn't even scratch the surface of anything those shows do. And they have fireworks to back them up. This is only projections, they didn't even use them very effectively. Also I noticed they reused the WOC1 marvel music and touch the sky from HEA. I was just expecting more especially from OLC without being the first new projection show since CTDL.

I would agree that TDL shouldn't have waited this long.... Then again, Daytime Spectaculars still haven't returned to TDS so........
The thing missing from this are the Fountains, why TDL didn't wait to use them again, along with not keeping CTDL till COVID, I'll never understand.

Exactly. My main problem is the projections. They're just not very good, they're not bad but when we have shows like Wondrous Journeys, Momentous, Happily Ever After, Not So Spooky Spectacular, and even the updated Together forever it's just really underwhelming.

As for This....... We knew this was going to be an IP Show. It may not be better than OUAT but it's very good and nice to see a Castle Nighttime Spectacular at TDL! CTDL may be the Best Show TDL has done!

I think the show needs more pyro, seems like even momentous has more pyro. The pyro design seems to be limited due to the shorter room to work with on the fantasyland buildings sadly.

You may see pyro pinwheel at the top of the castle during the later performance, especially during the official premiere day of the show tonight (September 20) JST.
