I saw that, I was gonna post the same thing.

I hope it'll be wayyyy more better than the orginal version and hope the 3D mode is worth it.

Can't wait to see some upcoming screenshots in the next few months (late 2004) and see how its coming out along.

No...RCT Deluxe is the re-packaged version of original RCT plus the expansion packs. When Infogrames bought (Hasbro?) they tried to squeeze a few more bucks out of RCT before RCT2 came out.
That said, the consensus seems to be that RCT2 isn't that much of an improvement over the original.
