Test Track is an 8/10 when it's working at 100%. Although sometimes in the middle of your "test drive" you stop right in the middle of the ride. So i'd like to throw out Mickey's Philarmagic for a rating.

Philharmagic: 10/10
Definately the best 3D movie I have ever seen with all the the effects that touch all of your senses.

8/10 loved it except for the end it was too slow moving and steep didnt like that combo

Matterhorn Bobsleds, DL: 7/10
Mostly for nastalgia but also for it's enormous size and over-all attention to detail in and outside of the mountain.

Dinosaur- 7/10. A fair clone of Indiana Jones' ride system, but too dark to really enjoy the sights...

I love it's a small world. Last time I went to The World we rode it five times and we were only there for 2 days.

Fantasmic! in WDW is inferior to the one at DL, they're different. So I'll go with the one at WDW and give it a 7/10 -- it's not terrible, but it's not that great either, I still like it though so 7.

For Primeval Whirl: 5/10, not a fan of the carnival style in this part of the park and it just seems kind of junky to me.
