Rapunzel has moved locations

Rapunzel has started in her new location in Town Square today. The wait time is pushing 3 hours.

Also, Pinocchio is no longer appearing at Magic Kingdom for meet n greets. The only place you will see him is in parades and at F! area at Studios from time to time.

Disappointing to hear about Pinocchio...and really who's idea was it to put one of the highest in demand characters smack dab at the front of the park? They really need to have Rapunzel available to meet in one of the other parks too in addition to MK.

The news about Rapunzel moving was posted earlier on here and other sites. I would much rather her move to the Princess Room where they can keep the line moving.

No I knew of the change, I was just saying it didn't seem like a very smart idea to put her outside at the front of the park intermittenly when she's a very high in demand character. I agree with you about moving her to TST. They could easily replace Aurora and maybe put her in the City Hall garden area.

I'm shocked there's a 3 hour line to meet a character. How do you take a little kid through a 3 hour line? And how crazy do you have to be to get in a line like that with a child? Little wonder that some of the adults in MK act unhinged.

The post that I read saying 3 hours for a wait time was exaggerating a little lol. Wait time is probably more around an hour and a half.

Went to MK today and noticed they had a dance party from 5pm to 10pm. It had Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale and Stitch rotating in threes. Then walked a bit and saw Goofy, Chip and Dale in the mini parade they have.. :shrug:

Then I randomly saw Rafiki next to Pirates ...

Who the hell makes entertainment's decisions ??

Can someone please clarify the time frame for me?

4/14: Last day for Rapunzel at Fairytale Garden
4/15: First day for Rapuznel and Flynn at Town Square Theater
Sometime in the future: Rapunzel and Flynn at the Adventureland Veranda

Is that correct?

No, Flynn is not back and there seems to be no plan to bring him back. Where Rapunzel goes after this is uncertain but rumored to be the former skyway station area.

I'm not one to complain...

I love WDW, I really do and probably always will but come on....completely taking away Pinochio. I guess he really does have strings on him.

Meanwhile, we have a thread based on Rapunzel being moved to Town Square and the line she has created.

Obviously, us Disney fans have our priorities in the right place. :hammer: We're concerned by a long line to see a princess who has never heard of a haircut while the poor wooden boy is being tunred into firewood.

I say we boycott Disney starting tomorrow and running through the end of November...then take a break till December 2, and start the boycott back up.

Whose with me?

If not foryourself, then do it for the little wooden boy in all of us!

I'd rather see Rapunzel than Pinnochio to be quite honest. Wish they'd put her in Epcot too like the other princesses to take the heat off.

The removal of Pinocchio follows the removal of Flik and Jiminy. Pinocchio always struck me as very tiny, even more so than other characters. Is there an overall trend to remove characters who require less common body types of their 'friends'?

She is not in Town Square Theater so it has no affect to the characters already there. She is across the main street hub, next to City Hall.
